Refund policy

Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items proven to have a manufacturing defect. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must match the original batch or serial number shipped. Any mismatch, tampering, or label removal voids eligibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and should use a trackable service. We cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Once a return has been received and verified, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
